1987 Volkswagen Golf Mk2 GTI 16v in rare Monza Blue with 72000 miles. It’s had 4 previous owners, comes with its original handbooks and service book with 7 stamps most of which are main dealer. There are details of the previous owners, old MOTs and various receipts for work done over the years.
Bodywork.
Very tidy car which is really straight and looks very original. Paintwork is very tidy with only age related very minor stonechips a couple of which are under the front bumper and barely visible, Underneath has been waxoyled and theres no signs of any rust. Has had work in the past on sills.
Mechanics.
Car starts, runs and drives well. Will come with a year’s MOT. We have just put 2 front tyres on it and 2 anti roll bar links. It’s also had a new fuel pump recently fitted.
Interior.
All original and in good order. Slight pull on fabric on drivers bolster. Good dash, door cards and carpet headlining.
Wheels.
Original alloys with two new Kumho front 185 60 14 tyres and good rear tyres.
