Fortunes Spent. Very Tidy but few jobs still to do
Advertising for a customer this Peugeot 205 GTi 1.9 Phase 1. It had a lot of work done to it around 10 years ago and was never put back on the road. All the hard work and expense is done but there are a few jobs to do to completely finish the car. Its had 4 previous owners and we have the V5 and a comprehensive service history up to 2001. Its not been on the road properly since prior to 2006.
Bodywork.
Very tidy and straight. Underneath is very solid. Paintwork was redone about 10 years ago and still looks great. A couple of very minor bubbles on tailgate. New headlights, indicators and foglights fitted. Very presentable car
Mechanics.
Car had the back axle fully rebuilt, new brakes, radiator, hoses and more. It will need a service and a bit of a recommission but wont be a whole load of work. Exhaust also looks like it was replaced. Heater fan is noisy and very annoying that will need looking at.
Interior.
Tidy interior, seats are decent with only a few minor marks on bolsters. Good steering wheel, door cards and carpet.
Wheels.
Refurbished and powder coated with new Toyo Proxy tyres. Spare still needs to be refurbished but is in the boot.
Our thoughts.
This is essentially an unfinished project but someone has done 95 percent of the hard work and expense.You are welcome to come and see the car and we have a ramp so you can look underneath.
