1984 Mark 1 Vauxhall Astra GTE Restoration Project in Polar White. The car has a good history file with service and repair details going back to 1984. First pic is of how it was picked up
Believed to have been off road from around 2000 and dry stored
since. Records indicated SORN from 2004. Its a sunroof model with manually opening Glass supplied in original protective bag.

Body - Shell is quite solid for year, requires welding in a number of usual
places, inner wings, bottom of A Pillars, N/S Floor, Rear Lower
quarter panels, Rear valance requires replacing, Bulkhead and Scuttle
Panel area are in generally good condition with no major signs of rot.
Rear Wheel Arches repair. NOTE all panels required for major repairs
have been sourced and are included in the sale.

This will require a fair bit work but its stripped so you can see exactly whats needed and someone has done all the hard work sourcing all the hard to get parts. Everything has been removed carefully, labelled and stored properly. These cars in they are mint are now fetching high 20s, as one did recently at Matthewsons. Great project for someone that can do the work themselves. If you are paying someone else to do it , forget it, just buy one done.
