Lovely Old Morris Minor which we have just got in. The same lady owner has had the car since 2001. Its had 4 previous owners prior to that. It was restored a number of years ago and still looks good today. The owner went overseas 5 years ago and put the car into proper dry storage. As they are staying overseas they decided it was time for someone else to enjoy the car. It starts runs and drives but will need recommissioned. We have a copy of the V5 here but no real history with it.

 

Body - Underneath looks completely solid. There is evidence of work being done but nothing will need doing for the forseeable future if looked after. All the panels are solid. The paintwork was redone a number of years ago and still looks decent. There is a bit of bubbling on both rear doors which is not huge but might want redone There are a few chips here and there as you would expect on an old car, but overall its a good looking old car.

 

Mechanics - When it came in we cleaned the points on the fuel pump and put a battery on it and it fired right up. It runs and drives and the clutch and brakes feel absolutely fine. It will want a service and a good check over as its not been used at all for 5 years. 

 

Interior - Seats are all good with no rips or tears. Would benefit from a deep clean but will come up lovely.

 

Wheels - Standard steels with decent tyres, but again you may want to change the due to age.
