Body - Genuine Escort bantam pickup - not a home made job. Good inner wings, battery tray looks to have been repaired previously. Front crossmember good. Back body is sold but tailgate is missing as this had a canopy on it in south africa. These are available in South Africa fairly easily and can be shipped across. Front floors will need work and the bodywork will need restored as there are dents bumps and bruises on most panels. Bit of corrosion near the roof gutters where the canopy has been on it and the water has got trapped. Paintwork poor.

 

Engine - 1400 CVH engine which does start and run but will need a good service / tune up. Pick runs and drives but obviously we have not went far in its current condition.

 

Interior - Original but pretty scruffy as this was a working vehicle

 

Overall a decent project for someone as these vehicles are getting harder to buy at sensible money overseas. Please feel free to come and view it. we have a ramp so you can look underneath. More pictures can also be sent on request.
