Body - MK3 Escort 4 Door, Never been welded. Very good floors, spare wheel well, battery tray. Paintwork looks fairly original. Its clean and tidy but there are minor marks, scratches and stonechips as you would expect on a car of this age.  

 

Interior - Original interior. Good seats, door cards, carpet headlining. Dash has the usual cracks on top . 

 

Mechanics - Good 1600 CVH engine and 5 speed box. Car drives well. Has had a weber carb conversion and it runs ok but i think theres room for improvement with a bit fettling with the carb.

 

Wheels -  Standard wheels and trims.

 

Overall a very decent solid old car which is perfectly useable as it is or can be improved upon. Please feel free to come and view the car. we have access to a ramp if you want to look underneath. Delivery can be arranged if required. Please ask for a quote.
