1975 Ford Escort MK2 RS1800 Lookalike fitted with Lotus Twincam engine, 5 speed box and RS Interior. Starts runs and drives and goes well. Car was original a basic model.

Body - Mk2 Escort early shell with larger hole strut tops. In the main a good shell. Good inner wings, strut tops, pillars, sills. Doors sit well in shell. Had repair on onr front floor and inner sills and had a sill on driver side.Rest of the floor looks original and is decent. Paintwork is tidy. Good quarter bumpers and rear bumper. F.O.R.D grille, mex front spoiler,

Mechanics - Lotus Twin Cam engine. Starts first turn and sounds well. Ticks over no problem and pulls through the rev range with no spitting or popping. Little bit of blue smoke on start up but clears. Twin 40 carbs that are set up properly. Couple of minor oil leaks. Probably needs a catch tank on breather as its just venting to the air at the moment. 5 speed type 9 gearbox, single leaf rear springs, gaz rear shocks, new front calipers, alloy radiator with big header tank, battery in boot, electric fuel pump in boot. Limited slip diff as well....nearly forgot about that.

Interior - RS white needle dash. Rev counter not working and speedo but we have a new speedo cable here. Rolltop seats with matching rear in very good order. Door cards look like new. Deep dish suede steering wheel.

Wheels - 5 x Deep dish steels with good tyres.
