Ford Escort MK2 with 2.0 Pinto and 5 Speed Box. RHD Import from South Africa with all tax and duty paid. NOVA declaration done and we will complete all the UK registration paperwork for the new owner. Good solid shell and good engine. Needs a bit of transport damage sorting and a better interior. This is not a 1600 Sport

 

Body - 2 Door Escort Shell. Original floors, inner wings, strut tops, sills, arches. Very good underneath. May have had minor repairs in boot wells but otherwise very original shell underneath. It picked up a bit damage on both front wings which is fairly light and will repair. Paintwork is fine. Verty presentable looking car. If your looking for a show car then it would need further work.

 

Mechanics - 2.0 Pinto with 5 speed box. Currently waiting on a new starter coming and we will get it up and running. Its not an alloy sump and mounts. Suspension appears to be 1600 Sport.

 

Interior - Oh dear. Looks like someones covered the seats and door cards with their grandmas curtains. Needs sorting. Has a sport dash and steering wheel.Steering wheel needs retrimmed / replaced. Good dash top and headlining

 

Wheels - Deep dish sport steels with good tyres.

 

Very good shell and with the wing repairs and a  bit of an interior upgrade will make a nice tidy car. Please feel free to come and see the car. We have a ramp so you can look underneath.
