Ford Escort Mk2 1600 Sport in need of restoration. No papers with it as been of the road many years. Does have a build plate on it with vin number on it.



Body - Export spec strengthened shell. Good inner wings, strut tops, chassis. Needs work on floors, boot wells, wings, doors, sill steps, heater bubble. Basically needs a full restoration but not previously been botched up so you can see what you are up against.



Mechanics - All standard sport. We did have it running yesterday after fitting new points. Engine sounds decent but will obviously need fully serviced etc. Clutch is stuck to the flywheel so we couldnt try drive it. Starter motor also on its last legs.



Interior - Standard but all needs totally redone.
