Ford Escort Mk1 1300 . RHD imported from South Africa first registered 1973. Good strong shell. Car needs finishing off. All tax and duty has been paid and we will assist with all the UK registration paperwork. 

 

Body - Mk1 Escort standard shell. Really good underneath only ever having had minor repairs, good inner wings, strut tops, pillars, sills, rear arches (been rolled), doors, boot bonnet. Boot lid is sitting a little high. Car looks nice and straight along the sides. Paintwork is pretty tidy. Really wants a proper colour grille, indicator, surrounds and a set of quarter bumpers on it. Needs both front quarter windows. 

 

Mechanics - 1300 crossflow which starts and runs but would benefit from a service and the carb adjusted to suit our climate. 4 speed box and standard running gear.  

 

Interior - Aftermarket bucket seats, 2 dial dash, Good doorcards, dashtop. Aftermarket steering wheel.

 

Wheels - New Superlite style 13" wheels with good tyres.
