1980 Ford Escort Mk2 1600 Sport Rolling Shell.  RHD import from South Africa which we imported in 2019 and sold. We have just taken it back as a trade in.  We have the Vin Plates and NOVa was done back in 2019. We can assist with the registration paperwork if required. This was a special vehicle order in Autumn Gold as stated on the build plate

 

Body - Export spec 1600 Sport shell with extra strengthening similar to our RS models. Good original inner wings, strut tops, Underbonnet area is good. Bulkhead is good. Rera floors are good. Front floors only need repairs in the corners of the footwell. Chassis rails are good. Bootwells have been previously repaired and could be better but are solid. Offside rear quarter has had rust / dents and has been filled quite badly. Doors are good at the bottoms and definitely useable. Paintwork is poor.

 

Mechanics - 4 speed box still in the car. what you see is what you get. No engine

 

Interior - None

 

Wheels - Old steels that were lying around. 1x Laser wheel will not come with it

 

Needs a fair bit work but not a back starting point as you can see whats needed. Please feel free to come and see the shell. Happy to put it up on the ramp for you.
