Ford Escort 1600 Sport. 1980 was imported from SA a few years back. Since then the owner has had the car gone through mechanically. motd it and fitted a few quids worth of aftermarkets parts to improve the car. Really good looking car with nice paint. Room for a bit improvement in the interior.



Body - Export spec 1600 sport shell with extra strengthening similar to our RS models. Good solid car. Evidence of previous repairs on front floors and boot wells otherwise a very original solid shell. Paintwork is nice with only a few minor marks. Very tidy under the bonnet. Rs boot spoiler fitted. Mexico front spoiler.



Mechanics - 1600 crossflow and standard 4 speed box. Engine is nice and quiet and not smoky. Bias pedal box fitted, Alloy tank in boot, Simpson Racing exhaust, RS2000 adjustable Track control Arms, Car has been rewired. New fuse box, alloy radiator, world cup cross member



Interior - 1600 sports which have been retrimmed at some stage. Aftermarket door cards. Mountney steering wheel.



Wheels - RS alloys with good tyres.
