Ford Cortina 3.0 GL, RHD Import from South Africa with all tax and duty paid. Will need Uk registered but we can assist the new owner with all the paperwork. Nova registration already done. Car starts runs and drives is a factory 3.0 with the 5 link rear end. Good solid car but there is room for improvement.

 

Body - Mk5 Cortina shell which being a 3.0 has the factory 5 link rear end. Good original inner wings, sills, arches, floors. Has had a bit of a rough n ready repair in the boot well which needs sorting out but otherwise a very good shell. Paintwork is presentable but by no means a show winner. Couple of bubble son arches and wing tops. Not terribly bad but will need addressed at some point.

 

Mechanics - Factory 3.0 Essex with 4 speed manual gearbox. Very quiet engine which starts no problem. Gearbox , clutch and brakes all work as they should. Five link rear end with panhard rod factory fitted. Been lowered and could do with being put back to standard 

 

Interior - Looks standard. No rips or tears but not the most desirable colour scheme. 

 

Wheels - Chrome cyclones with average tyres

 

Good solid shell with great potential but a little scruffy . Please feel free to come and see the car. We have a ramp so you can look underneath. If restrictions are in place we can send you as many pics / videos as you need. Delivery can be arranged if required. please ask for a quote
