Ford Capri 2.0 Laser. Car started life as a 1.6 but has been upgraded to a 2.0 and had a set of twin 40s fitted. Its motd till APril 23 and starts runs and drives and has been used fairly regularly. 

 

Body - Capri Laser shell. Good strut tops, inner wings, pillars. Underneath the car is very good. Its had a few minor repairs over the years but they have been done decent and its generally really solid underneath. Paintwork is ok but the tailgate has a fair bit of blistering and bubbling on it. With the car comes another tailgate which has been painted and just needs everything swapped over. There are minor marks on most panels. Its not a show winner but perfectly useable as it is. If you wanted to take it to the next level you would need to paint it. Evidence of a previous bump on outer part of spare wheel well. Bootfull of spares comes with the car as can be seen in the pics.

 

Mechanics - 2.0 Pinto fitted with twin 40s and 5 speed box. Car starts runs and drives. Good clutch brakes and gearbox. Sunrood works both ways. Heater fan works as it should. Has a slight flat spot when accelarating hard so it would probably benefit from the carbs being set up properly.

 

Interior - Standard laser interior. Seats are in very good order. Dash has very minor cracks on top. Uncut facia with original radio. has remote control CD player in the glovebox..

 

Wheels - Standard Laser wheels with 185/70/13 tyres

 

Decent useable entry level Capri which can be used as it is or improved upon as you use it.. Please feel free to come and see the car. we have a ramp so you can inspect underneath. Delivery can be arranged if required. Please ask for a quote.
