1958 Ford Prefect 100E 4 Door. This little car is in great condition for its age and is rock solid underneath. I believe it had a lot of work done to it about 3 years ago. The car starts runs and drives but has not been used much in the last couple of years. It comes with the current V5, old buff log book and receipts for what has been spent on it. It really is a charming little car and structurally is the best one of these ive seen for a long time.

 

Body - 100E 4 Door shell. Completely solid from front to back. Underneath looks superb. It has all been cleaned down and painted at some stage. You can see all the definition in the floors. Its not plastered with underseal. Paintwork is OK and looks period. Few minor marks but nothing major at all. Couple of minor bubbles on front corners of the bonnet otherwise really good. This car is in remarkable condition for its age.

 

Mechanics - Everything looks to be standard and in good order. The car starts and runs fine. Its not been used much in the last 2 years. Brakes and clutch feel good. Engine starts no problem. Gearbox feels ok.

 

Interior - Again all standard. Seats look original and in really good order, as are the door cards. Headlining in the main is OK on the roof section but small tear on the inside of the rear c pillar.

 

Wheels - Wide Lotus style wheels with good tyres. Think these are the replica ones and not originals. Driving normal is fine but If you had a couple of big lads in the back tyres would rub the arches.
