1956 Ford popular on sale on behalf of one of our customers. Lovely old car which starts runs and drives. Has had a fair bit spent on it but theirs room for a bit improvement on the paintwork. We have the current V5 here. Reg is not transferable. There is some history with the car going back to 1961, which is really cool. It looks like it was originally registered as BEO983 and was a company car for the County Borough of Barrow in Furness.

Body - Looks solid underneath. Front and rear wings have been replaced with fibreglass items. New Front Bumper fitted. Car looks good. Evidence of a few DIY type paint blow ins on the rear end which could be better but overall for its age a decent old example which looks how its should. Indicators fitted on the roof. Perfectly useable as it looks but if you wanted it mint youd be looking at a paintjob.

Mechanics - New Battery fitted, new leads and cap. Starts and runs but not been used for a while so may need a bit of a tune up / carb cleaned. Brakes and clutch are all ok

Interior - Back seats look original, front seat bases and backs look original but had repairs round the side of the bases. Door cards look good. Passenger front carpet mat is missing.

Wheels - Standard factory wheels with 4 new tyres.

Charming old car which has somehow managed to escape the Hot Rod treatment, and is looking for a new caretaker as its now nearly 70 years old. You are welcome to come and see the car . we have a ramp so you can look underneath. Delivery can be arranged if required. Please ask for a quote.
