Ford Escort S1 Turbo - Track Day / Race / Fast Road Car. We have the V5 Here which shows RS turbo. The car was built a number of year ago and was featured in Classic Ford. It stated to have approx 400 BHP and certainly feels like it as its very quick. We have the V5 and keys and pics of its Classic Ford feature but not a lot else. 
 
Body - S1 Turbo shell. Very solid underneath. Spare wheel well has been removed and flat section put in as is seen in a lot of race cars. Car is all body colour underneath  with no signs of rot. Floor also modified at front for pedal box. Car is painted Silver with Turbo decals. Paintwork is Ok and perfectly useable but is showing signs of age on the bodykit , boot spoiler which has cracks on it and a few other chips and scratches. Windows are polycarbonate apart from windscreen. Full internal roll cage including through to the strut tops. Wing lips have been trimmed back under the bodyklt to accomodate the bigger wheels.

Transmission - MTK75 Gearbox, 240mm lightened and balanced alloy flywheel, paddle clutch, quaife straight cut gearset, Quaife ATB limited slip diff, 3.9 Final Drive, Vibra Technic mounts, rear gearbox stabiliser mount, custom three piece equal length driveshafts, modified linkage assembly. quaife quick rack. 
Suspension - Leda coilovers with custom springs, adjustable camber and castor, adjustable rear arms and tie rods, RS1600 alloy rose jointed anti roll bar, 
Brakes - AP four pot front calipers with 330mm disc and alloy bells, Bosch rear calipers with 312mm AP racing discs, custom caliper brackets, braided hoses, MK5 Rs2000 handbrake cable, Mondeo BTCC pedal Box,
 
Interior - Stripped out cabin, Monaco seats with four point harnesses, Custom roll cage, Fibreglass flocked dash, SPA design gauges, boost gauge, Alpha AFS1 air / fuel ratio meter, integrated fire extinguisher sytem, Carbon fibre door cardsan d rear quarter cards, OMP snap off steering wheel,
