Ford Escort 1.6i Cabriolet. This car was recently owned by a film company and was used in various TV shows with the most recent being on the opening credits of "Bancroft". Its a very solid useable car which runs and drives well. The original handbooks are with it and some old mots. Its had a bit of paintwork done at some point on lower rear quarters and you can see a difference in shade.

 

Body - Good solid car . Battery tray and inner wings all look original. Looks good underneath. We will sell it with a full years MOT on it. Paintwork is ok but on close inspection you will see a slight shade difference on the lower rear quarters as it looks like they have been tidied up at some point. The bootlid also has some micro blistering. Perfectly useable as it is. Couple of minor car park dings present on the side.

 

Interior - Lovely original seats, doorcards. Good carpet. Dash has a few cracks on top in the usual place. Roof is pretty decent but has a small tear under the drovers window at the bottom.

 

Mechanics - All standard and in good order. Engine, box, clutch brakes are good and car will come with a years MOT

 

Wheels - Cloverleaf XR3 alloys which have been refurbished with decent tyres.
