Body - Fairly solid export spec shell with similar strengthening to our RS models. Has had previous repairs to floors from on the section from the chassis to outer sill which could do with being redone to a better standard.  Its has its original inner wings and strut tops, rear arches. Paintwork is nice and tidy. Not a concourse show car but very tidy. 

 

Mechanics - Car starts runs and drives.  1600 crossflow which is a bit smoky on startup. Not ran it long enough to determine whether its valve stem seals or a bigger problem. Standard 4 speed box . Will need checked over mechanically for mot and carbs usually need adjusted due to the different climate.  Brakes and clutch are good.

 

Interior - Original sport seats which are showing signs of a bit of wear here and there. Good carpet and headlining. Doorcards have speaker holes.

 

Wheels - Sport wheels with decent tyres

 

This is a fairly solid car tidy car and with an MOT a bit of fettling will make a good example.  Really good examples are now fetching 15 - 20 K plus. Please feel free to come and view the car.
