Ford Escort Mk2 1.3L - Very Solid original old car which has never been welded. Its just been imported from South Africa  with all tax and duty paid. The NOVA declaration has been done and we will do all the paperwork for the new owner to register it in their name. The car starts runs and drives and is showing 70k kms which is about 45000 miles. Its a 1979 model so its now tax and MOT exempt

 

Body - MK2 Escort 4 door shell. All original panels, never been welded and doesnt need any from what we can see. Paintwork is decent with the odd mark as you would expect on a car of this age. It looks to have had some paintwork in the past a very tidy, honest, original old car.

 

Mechanics - Standard 1.3 crossflow. Car starts runs and drives as it should. All the suspension and brakes are completely standard. Car was still in use in South Africa. Will benefit from a checkover as their equivalent of MOT is not as strict as ours.

 

Interior - Again all original and in very good order. No rips or tears. Good door cards, headlining, carpets, dash top.

 

Wheels - Original standard steels with legal tyres.
