Ford Cortina P100 fitted with a Chevy Small Block V8 and Autobox. This is a RHD Import from South Africa with all tax and duty paid. Nova declaration has been done and we will complete all the paperwork for the new owner to UK register it. Its a very solid old truck and the conversion looks to have been done well and not cobbled together. Starts runs, drives and eats rear tyres......

 

Body - Ford Cortina MK5 One Ton pick up as they are known in South Africa. Solid shell , very good underneath. Never been welded. Good inner wings, load bed, panels, floors. One small bit of bubbling on passenger side scuttle panel otherwise really strong throughout. Oaintwork is ok but no show pony as it was a working truck. 

 

Mechanics - Chevy small block V8 with Autobox. Nice tidy conversion. Starts runs and drives well. Engine sounds awesome. Brakes are good. As with any old car will need a good checkover before pressing into service although it was being used regularly in South Africa prior to export.

 

Interior - Bench seat which has been retrimmed. No rips or tears. Good dashtop, headlining, carpet, door cards have speakers fitted but otherwise good as well.

 

Wheels - Appliance type 5 Stud chrome wheels with good tyres.
