1983 Ford Cortina P100 3.0 V6 Leisure Bakkie with factory 5 Speed Box. Its a RHD Import from South Africa which has been here a few years and is fully UK registered. The last owner has fixed all the niggles on it and its good to go. This truck is extremely solid and in superb condition. We have the V5 here and a copy of the old South African document.

Body - Cortina Bakkie as they are known in South Africa. It looks like all original panels. Extremely solid and unwelded underneath. Good inner wings, chassis, floors, doors, bonnet and rear tub. It looks to have been repainted at some point, which is a cracking job. The two tone paint scheme was how they came from the factory. This was called the Leisure Bakkie. Its a very very good looking truck. Rear load area has been coated with a very hard wearing rubberised coating. Not sure what it is but youd struggle to mark it with a pickaxe.

Mechanics - Very quiet 3.0 V6 engine, 5 speed box. good brakes, clutch. Runs and drives very well. No nasty clunks or rattles. Feel very tight for a 40 year old pickup. Recently replaced plugs, leads, air filter,alloy radiator, alternator, coil.

Interior - Original bench seat which has been retrimmed. No rips or tears. Very tidy inside and needs nothing doing.

Wheels - Original steels with good tyres
